Grab & Go balloon garlands come with a small installation pack and instructions. All other Grab & Go products are freestanding, so they don't require any setup.

We recommend using a full-size SUV with no carseats or other items and the seats folded down to transport your balloons. We can't guarantee that your garland will fit in smaller vehicles. If you do come with a smaller vehicle, we can separate your garland into smaller pieces to help with transport, you'll just need to put the garland back together when you arrive at your event.

For Grab & Go, a few days notice is ideal so we can have your selections ready. For packages and installations, we recommend 3-4 weeks. Weekends can fill up fast so to book in for the date you'd like, the sooner the better! To secure your booking we'll need a 50% deposit.

We're based in Whangaparaoa. Grab & Go orders are collected from us. Every package and installation is delivered and installed by us. Installation is included within 20km of Whangaparaoa, and we install across Auckland and further afield for a travel fee, quoted with your booking. All products that are to be delivered require a fee.

Absolutely! Choose one of our curated palettes, or select "Choose your own" to pick your colours individually, up to 2–3 depending on the piece, and we'll match them as closely as we can. If you can't find what you're looking for, send us a message and we'll see what we can do.

Our balloon garlands can easily last 7 days and, when kept in the right conditions, can last up to 3 weeks. We use high-quality professional balloons to ensure your garland looks great for as long as possible. For the best longevity, we recommend keeping balloons indoors, away from direct sunlight, heat, and sharp objects.

Latex balloons naturally attract dust and dirt, especially after being stored. If your balloons are looking a little dusty, simply wipe them down with a damp paper towel or microfibre cloth to restore their original appearance. For harder-to-reach areas, you can also use a hair dryer on a cool setting to gently blow away dust and debris.

Our Grab & Go balloon services are non-refundable. Custom balloon installations require 2 weeks' notice to cancel and the deposit is non-refundable. Depending on the situation, we may be able to offer a partial credit.

The balloons are yours to keep and eventually dispose of. For packages and installations, we'll pack down and pick up any backdrops and equipment after your event.

Yes. We design and install balloon entrances, arches, walls and photo backdrops for business openings, product launches, conferences, staff events and venue activations. Send your date, venue and colours and we'll reply with a quote within 24 hours.

Yes. We match your brand colours as closely as we can, and we can add your event name or message as a text decal on an arch. Logos and text can also be printed on balloons: send us your artwork with your brief.

Yes. After-hours and early-morning installs are available, so the display is ready before your guests arrive. Tell us your access window and we'll plan around it.
